Little Champs 

Ideal for Boys and Girls, Ages 6-8 yrs.

The focus of the Little Champs program is Fundamental Youth Fitness introducing participants to a wide spectrum of non-specific exercise stimuli that aids in the natural development of coordination habits.

Our Champions Dome coaches utilize the principle of ‘Outcome-Based Coaching’ which allows young participants to learn the physical skills of exercise through experimental and self-discovery-based means.

Developing Champs

Ideal For Boys and Girls, Ages 9-11 yrs.

Similar to the ‘Little Champs’ phase, our Developing Champs program is based on young participants establishing ‘athletic intelligence’ through a carefully planned programming structure that allows them to learn and comprehend both simple and complex motor skills via exploratory play.
The Developing Champs program also includes an educational element in which our coaches breakdown and instruct participants on specific aspects of exercise execution.
This transitional phase encourages our young athletes to bridge the gap from a play model of fitness to a more programmatic structured version.

Rising Champs

Ideal for Boys and Girls, Ages 12-13 yrs.

During this major transition time, young athletes in this phase will successfully bridge the gap between our Developing Champ classes and the Championship Performance (Ages 14+) phase.
This critical age of development for young athletes is marked by so many changes to their body, mind, social circles, and academics. With the National average of roughly 75% of all young athletes dropping out of youth sports by age 13, our program is designed to help our athletes learn how to train for their sports while also maintaining and emphasizing focus on fun and love for the game.

Young athletes in this phase will continue to learn the merits of hard work while maintaining a high level of enjoyment during training.

Champions Performance

Ideal for Boys and Girls, Ages 14-18 yrs.

The Champions Performance phase is where more concrete training application takes place. Whether the goal is sporting excellence, fitness, wellness, or obesity prevention, this portion of the model is based on solid execution and fundamental training habits so that each participant can maximize their performance and work towards their respective goals.

Adult Performance

Ideal for Men and Women,  Age 17+

The Adult Performance Program is geared towards anyone looking to gain and/or improve all aspects of their training. Whether you're just starting out or you consider yourself advanced, this program is designed to bring out the best athlete in you! Increase your speed, agility, flexibility, and strength regardless of the sport you play because Champions Dome specializes in all athletic movements and developments.

Our Adult Performance program is designed to create champions both on and off the field.  All sports and their training programs are physically demanding, and they almost always require a higher-than-average state of mental toughness and awareness.  Let our coaching staff bring out the champion in you.

Small Group Fitness

Ideal for all ages.


It's time to get in the best shape of your life! Whether you are an elite athlete or a parent looking lose those extra pounds, our fitness group classes will not only motivate and push you towards your goals, but it will also get you the results you have been dreaming about. This package also allows full access to our nutritional program, which is geared towards each individual based on specific goals.  Small Group Fitness Classes are available during players' sessions so that all time is maximized.

What most people don't realize is that nutrition drastically affects your daily performance.  Our Certified Nutritionist will work with you to identify strategies, create meal plans, discover recipes, and compose a 'game plan' specifically for you so that you can finally reach your goals.

Champions Dome offers monthly educational nutrition seminars for members as well as individual coaching. Deep down we are all "foodies" at heart, so let our Fitness & Sports Nutrition Specialists guide you on your journey and help you learn to love your new healthy lifestyle!
